Amy Winters Champoux is a licensed, independent, clinical social worker with 22 years of experience helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. She is a Certified EMDR therapist specializing in the treatment of Complex PTSD and Dissociation. Amy offers EMDR therapy as a brief series of appointments to address a single issue, or as a long term collaboration, depending on the needs and goals of each person. She is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, with a special interest in helping newly trained EMDR therapists find their confidence and build their skills.
Lastly, many of you are aware that Jocelyn Barrett passed away earlier this year. She was a veteran EMDR proponent and a big fan of our Western Mass EMDR community. Jocelyn had a large collection of EMDR and trauma related books, as well as some EMDR BLS equipment. These will be on-sale (large discount) at our annual fall meeting. Proceeds will be split between Western MA EMDR and a fund in Jocelyn’s honor. Payment will be by check or cash.
